Román Fabré

Román Fabré lives and works between Mallorca and Barcelona. His practice encompasses painting, sculpture, installation and curating, with a career that began in 2018.
Driven by a commitment to self-management and independent exhibition-making, he co-founded Barsa in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat alongside Elías Fabré, Ian Soler Bradley and Albert Riera Galcerán — a curatorial project dedicated to emerging and underrecognised artists that has become central to his practice.
Recent exhibitions include the solo shows Functions at Galería Alegría (2025), Young Guns for Pirates of the Carbomb Infantry (2026) and Paramount at Barsa (2026); and group exhibitions Prendre la mirada at Casal Solleric, Palma (2024), Tenir Llei at Fundación Arranz-Bravo (2026), and Pintura, pintura at Finca Butano, Mallorca (2024).
