NOW REPRESENTIG: JACK BURTON

We are delighted to welcome Jack Burton to Balazsi Gallery as a represented artist.

Born in Barry, South Wales, in 1988 and a graduate of the Royal Academy Schools in London, Burton works across photography, sculpture and collage, building fictional settings that question how we perceive reality.

Our collaboration began in 2023 with the group show Ubiquitous No.14. In 2024 we presented a solo booth of his work at SWAB Barcelona, followed by CAN ART Ibiza in 2025, and in autumn 2025 we opened Cynic’s Bedtime, his first solo exhibition at the gallery.

This past August, we presented his book For a Fool Such as I (me) at Es Baluard Museu as part of Mallorca PhotoFest: ten years of photographic practice structured as “a non-exhaustive alphabet”, with concept and texts by Esmeralda Gómez Galera.

This new chapter continues in June 2027 with a duo show alongside Martin Gross at the gallery, as part of Art Palma Summer.
